My Sweetie had a peaceful night but was unresponsive. He takes 7 or 8 deep breaths then holds his breath for about 40 seconds. Our children, Don,Jr, Ann and Teri spent the night along with mates and Papa's Sweetheart, Larissa. Someone was holding his hand most of the night. I guess you could say we were keeping a death vigil.
At least he is not in pain. Keep us in your prayers. Jehovah is certainly strengthening us.

We'll be praying. We love you both so much. I'm thinking of you constantly.
ReplyDeleteDearest Sister Baty, Our hearts are breaking for you and your family, also for us. LIfe around here will be less lovely without your wonderful husband. I was just giggling this morning because I thought how cute it was that Maddie giggled so when Bro Baty first kissed her. She had never been kissed by a man with a moustache before. She told me after...mommy it tickles when bro. Baby kisses me! We will miss his tickly kisses and the look he would give when waiting for his hugs. We will have to get extra from you. Please know our prayers and hearts are with you every second of this day. Much love and hugs,

Although I haven't know Br. Baty long, Krista speaks of him as one would of a cherished grandfather. In the short time I've know him, he always encouraged me to put Jehovah first and set a fine example of how a Christian husband should treat his beloved wife. I look forward to getting to know him better in new world which we all look forward to. Our thoughts and prayers are of your special family during this difficult time.
ReplyDeleteOur hearts are full of love for both you and Don. We thank you for this wonderful blog because we feel it is truly our lifeline to both of you right now. We pray that Jehovah will continue to comfort you and give you the priceless "peace of God that excels all thought" by means of Christ Jesus. Warmest love--Mike & Carol Reid
